The Supreme Staunton features a 4.0" King with a triple weighted 1.75" base, leather bottoms
and four Queens. Ebony is the most traditional and striking wood for chess sets.  Although commonly thought to be pure black, ebony actually has a very subtle and beautiful
wood grain. All opposing chess pieces are crafted from high quality Boxwood.
